We have got to talk about some truth right now. And the little slice of truth I have right here, is something that you absolutely need to hear.

I am 58 years old. My body doesn’t work like it used to. No fuckin surprise there.
Even you young guys and girls out there: think about how your body felt just 2 years ago, think about how your body responded to you 5 years ago.

For the longest time, I responded to this breakdown in the way that I thought I should: I worked my ass off even more.
If my body was going to start falling apart, I was going to keep my shit together by pure will, by pure want, and by pure force, no matter what.
I ate more meat, I ate more food, and I lifted more than I ever had in my life.
But guess what …
It turns out, eating three double cheeseburgers every single day and then going straight to lifting heavy ass weights: that shit ain’t healthy. It makes you strong - but its not healthy.
If you think you can just keep doing the same shit you’ve been doing, but just do it a whole lot harder--you will have a rude wake up call someday, I can tell you that for sure.
But these are not your only two options, not by a long shot!
You do NOT have to either roll over or work your body into the fuckin ground.
There is a better way, a smarter way, one that actually works.
You can adapt and improve your body whenever you want to.
You CAN command your body to do whatever the fuck you want it to.
And this time, I promise you it’ll be the easiest thing you’ve ever done.
The answer that I’ve found and chosen to pursue is called the Master Switch.
